Refunds and Exchanges

At The Missing Link®, our mission is to provide pet parents with the products they need to help their pets be their happiest and healthiest through personalized nutrition.  Pet health and wellness is at the core of everything we do, and we take your satisfaction seriously.

Satisfaction Guarantee

The Missing Link® products are intended to be fed daily as a supplement to your pet’s regular diet.  If after 30 days, your pet has not experienced positive results and you are not completely satisfied, you may receive a replacement product or full refund.

Process

If you are not satisfied with the product, please contact either the seller where you purchased the product, OR The Missing Link® customer service via email: customerservice@missinglinkproducts.com OR via phone: 800-774-7387.

At the time of the request, please provide the name of the product, where it was purchased, the Lot Code # on the back of the bag if available, and the price at time of purchase.  You will also need to provide your full name and shipping address.  Your personal information will not be used for any other purpose other than in completing your refund or exchange.

You can request either a replacement product at no cost, or a full refund.  For a refund, a check will be mailed to you. For an exchange, the replacement product will be shipped directly to you at no cost. Replacement product may be a different item or formula, but must be of equal or lesser value or size.

Depending on the reason for your dissatisfaction, we may request that the product be returned to us for review and testing.  In those cases, we will dispatch a UPS return request, and the shipper will pick the product up at your location at no cost to you.
