We stand by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on ALL of our products.  Honest.  No strings attached. (Even the kind cats like to play with).

If you and your pet don’t love the product you purchased, we will provide you a full refund or replace it with another product to try – on us. 

We promise to make it stress-free too.  To request a refund/return or replacement, just pop us an email at hello@missinglinkproducts.com or give us a call 1-(800) 628-9653.  Please be ready to include your order number to make the whole process easy-peasy. We may ask for the product back so our very intelligent and curious product development folks can review it and do some testing, so please hold onto it until we connect with you. 

If we do want to get the product back, we’ll make that process nearly effortless too. While we’d like to send one of our friendly Retrievers to pick it up, it’s just too far a walk, and they may get distracted and want to play fetch with you instead.  So we’ll arrange for a pick up via UPS at no cost to you.

Once we’ve confirmed if you’d prefer a refund or would like to try another product, we’ll get busy making either of those options happen.  Please note that it can take up to a few business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method, but don’t worry, we’ll send you a notification when the refund is initiated.

Damages

If your product arrived looking like a gorilla jumped on the box, a hungry lion chewed on it, or it was damaged in any other way during shipment, please let us know right away so we can provide you with the best resolution to getting you the boo-boo free product you and your pet deserve.
